Words are not enough to thank the José Fernández team for the excellent service they provided on our wedding day. From the very first moment, their dedication and professionalism made us feel confident that everything would be perfect, and it was. The José Fernández team not only ensured that every dish was served on time and hot, but they also demonstrated exceptional kindness and attention, always with a smile and willing to help with anything that was needed. We would recommend their services to anyone looking for a combination of excellent food and drink, and impeccable service. All the guests congratulated us on the food. When we went for the menu tasting, we knew we had made the right choice with them, 100%. Our venue (Torre del Pino) works with them, and we couldn't have been luckier. Everything was delicious. A month later, the guests are still talking about the food and how well they ate. The cocktail hour was abundant, with trays coming out non-stop, everything hot and crispy... During the banquet, each dish they brought out was even better than the last. And the open bar and late-night snack were also a 10 out of 10 (the late-night snack disappeared quickly, even after eating all day... that must say something!). Without a doubt, the best decision we could have made was to have them for our day.

About a month ago, we celebrated the day that was undoubtedly the best day of our lives. We already knew La Cocina de José Fernandez well, but once again they managed to exceed our expectations. Their team is made up of very attentive professionals who are dedicated to the service they provide, with exquisite treatment towards all the guests, and from the very first moment they make you feel at home. I would like to highlight the excellent attention we received from Edgar, with whom we were in contact during the previous months, as well as from Ángela, who ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of the celebration. But I don't want to forget the rest of the team who made both the cocktail hour and the seated meal in the dining room exceptional. Dishes with impeccable presentation and served within the established timings. We couldn't have made a better choice, thank you very much.

We celebrated our wedding with José Fernández a year ago on the recommendation of some friends, and we only have words of gratitude for the entire team. They are all incredibly professional and made everything go wonderfully on that day. We also appreciated all the advice and guidance they gave us regarding where we were going to celebrate, as they came to see the location in advance, and the day before the wedding, they were in our town from early in the morning, finalizing all the details to ensure everything ran perfectly. As for the food and service... a ten out of ten in everything – quality food and fast service. We already thanked you on that September 2nd, 2023, and we will always thank you!
